MRFF consultations provide Australians with the opportunity to define national health and medical research priorities.
Opportunities to take part in the next round of consultations will be announced shortly in mid-2018.
Research investment by the MRFF complements a number of other government organisations and agendas in Australia, including:
- National Innovation and Science Agenda (NISA)
- Innovation and Science Australia (ISA)
- MTP Connect
The MRFF Advisory Board also works with state and territory governments, industry and the not-for-profit sector to advance the MRFF Strategy and realise the full potential of MRFF investments.
National consultations to develop the inaugural MRFF Strategy and first set of Priorities were held in late July and early August 2016 in a number of cities across Australia. An opportunity to provide written submissions as also made available.
